Dear Tower Life Center Family,

We recently learned that several members of our church family have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19. The health and safety of you, your family, and our community remains a top priority for us.

After much prayer and discussion and out of an abundance of caution for our church family, we have made the difficult decision to close the doors of the church and cancel church-sponsored events to observe a voluntary 14-day quarantine period., reopening for worship at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 15. The church WILL REMAIN OPEN as an election polling place. We feel confident that this is the best method to protect the health of our church family. It will also provide adequate time for those who have Covid-19, or who may have been exposed to someone with the virus, the time they need to safely recover and/or quarantine themselves without risk of further spreading the virus within our church.

We also feel it is important to face this latest challenge for our church with intentional prayer, and invite you to join with us in coordinated prayer until we can meet together again in person. You will find a prayer calendar attached to this message.

We serve a God who is goes before, beside and behind us. The words to the song, See a Victory by Elevation Worship, that we began singing in the spring seem especially relevant now:

The weapon may be formed but it won't prosper
When the darkness falls it won't prevail
Cause the God I serve knows only how to triumph
My God will never fail…

There's power in the mighty name of Jesus
Every war He wages He will win
I'm not backing down from any giant
I know how this story ends…

You take what the enemy meant for evil
And You turn it for good
You turn it for good…

 I’m gonna see a victory.

While this continues to be an uncertain and difficult time, we know that we are not alone in this journey. We look forward to seeing you again in person for worship on November 15 at 10:30 a.m.

In Christ,

Pastor Paul and Church Leadership
